YouTube Launches Major Features Including AI Video Generation and Facial Recognition Protection
YouTube has just unveiled a series of major features for creators around the world. During this year's Made on YouTube event, the platform released a comprehensive update that includes upgrades to Studio tools, enhancements to live streaming features, innovations in Shorts, and expansion of monetization channels. Studio tools have seen significant improvements, with the facial similarity detection feature expanding from a limited test for a few creators last year to a public testing phase. Creators can now detect, manage, and flag videos that use their facial likeness without authorization.
